Testing the crisis communication plan of a major energy company. Gold and Silver command functions were put under the scrutiny of a media onslaught in the face of an escalating crisis. A team of print and broadcast journalists were on hand to constantly barrage the company with media requests and reports.

Brand and message strategy workshop for a tech start up who's ambition is to take-on the major networking platforms. A series of audio and video rehearsals focusing on clear concise messaging. Elevator pitches, presentaions and media enagagements were all part of the mix with this intense 1:1 coaching and training session

Media training and communication impact workshops for groups of subject matter experts, supporting the organisation's more proactive media stance, to take the discussion to the stakeholder as opposed to simply reacting to often bad press.

Development of competency framework for corporate affairs function / measuring and benchmarking against this / development of bespoke training programmes including digital comms and storytelling and high performing team workshops.

Preparation for BBC One retail programme. Tasked to improve and enhance communication around a product launch and engagement with a popular Presenter. The contributor was nervous around what to say and how to say it. We focused on clarity of message and mocked-up scenarios so delegate felt comfortable and confident with content and delivery.
